Sparks returns for Author's Day at WSF

Former Douglas resident Millie Hall Sparks will hand out special bookmarks and will have excerpts of her soon-to-be-pub¬lished book handy at Wyoming Author's Day Aug. 19 at the Wyoming State Fair.
Sparks, whose first book Down to Earth Angels should be published in September, was born and raised in Douglas where she graduated from Converse County High School in 1957.
