11/6/2006 - SINCLAIRVILLE — It was Peter Lynn Skillman’s first job as a paid professional Emergency Medical Technician.
It would be tough to back the large ambulance into the garage. The one-way street was narrow and jammed with traffic. Seconds later, he successfully maneuvered the rig into the bay — at first try, no less.
