I recently had the pleasure of meeting Toni (Eisenstein) Rich, a retired Atlantic City High School nurse. Rich had recently authored her first book, They Stay the Same, published by PublishAmerica.com. The novel can be purchased in person when Rich appears at a book signing this coming Saturday, Sept. 6 from 2 to 4 pm at Gourmet Italian Restaurant, 324 S. Pitney Road in Absecon.
They Stay the Same is about the intertwined lives of two families—Italian Catholic and Russian Jewish; about a successful business partnership; about two families celebrating holidays together despite religious and cultural differences; and about the only thing that could tear their seemingly utopian world apart…the love affair between their children.
