Larry Peterson knocked around newspaper journalism for decades, thinking, as journalists do, that there was definitely a story here somewhere.
Finally, he decided to sit down and write that story.
But, apparently by that time, Peterson had decided that there are some things about the newspaper business that are just too bizarre for journalism. He decided to write a novel.
