OttawaStart.com, March 2, 2006

Well-known Barrhaven music teacher and historian, Emily-Jane Hills Orford, will be reading from her novel, "Spring", at the Ottawa Public Library - Main Branch (Metcalfe St.). The reading will take place on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 7 p.m. and is part of the Canadian Authors' Association readings by local writers.

"Spring" is a very Canadian story which appeals not only to adults, but also to young readers. With the style of Catherine Cookson and the mystery of Agatha Christie, "Spring", is a music story well worth reading!
