Newby finds "Treasures in Time"

Tammie Newby has enjoyed studying her family's history for several years now. She also found that she could best express herself by jotting her thoughts down on paper. Newby, a longtime Powell hair stylist, decided to merge her two interests, the result being her first book, "Treasures in Time."
