Port Byron resident gets book published

A Port Byron resident, Margaret Rose, is making her literary debut. Rose, a retired motivational speaker and children's story teller, signed up with PublishAmerica to unveil her fiction novel, “Prairie Vultures.” The plot centers around Sir Walter Bracken, an oil tycoon, who wills his fortune to several unexpected people who battle over it.
The book is scheduled for release Dec. 8. PublishAmerica encourages and promotes the works of new, previously undiscovered writers.
