Pittsburgh constable John Parker has a problem. Make that several problems: People keep turning up dead, and they seem to have one thing in common -- they're all Irish immigrants.

Parker's boss doesn't think that has anything to do with it, and maybe it doesn't. After all, the city's just been invaded by almost a thousand soldiers on their way to war with Mexico. Who knows what can happen with so many weapons and so much testosterone on the loose?
