Author has local ties

Former Publisher of the Stuttgart Daily Leader from 1980 to 1982 George Smith recently had his first novel “Uncertain Times,” published and is now ready for the public.
Smith is also a former writer, editor and publisher of other papers in Arkansas, Alabama, New Mexico and Texas.
