Deerfield Twp. author takes readers to fictional world

Geologist Jim Erjavec lives in Deerfield Township, but recently his mind has been at Mare Cetus, a fictional world some 12 light years from Earth.
Erjavec, who has contributed to the geological study of the Cydonia region on Mars, visits the world in his "The Caverns of Mare Cetus," a science fiction novel set in 2165.
