Local author’s cookbook full of tasteful suggestions

Little Elm resident Sarah Bun is a picky eater, but not by choice. She is sensitive to several types of food such as wheat and cheese, which means eating a sandwich could be detrimental to her health.
That’s why Bun wrote “Food Innovations: An Approach to Eating on a Wheat, Dairy, and Yeast-Free Diet,” a cookbook filled with recipes sans troublesome ingredients.
