Mother and daughter publish first children’s book

STATE CENTER - What once started as a hearty chuckle about a vegetable has turned a mother and daughter into full-fledged authors.
Erma Roseland and Sherry Benson were ecstatic to learn their first book in a series entitled "Introducing Jelly Bean" was going to be published and distributed nationally. But the idea didn't sprout from a whim - it began nearly 25 years ago.
